restocked minibarunintuitive lighting
i was a bit disappointed with a few things. the lighting system in the room was overly complicated. i found it hard to use and not intuitive at all. also, the minibar wasn't consistently restocked, annoying! a restocked minibar, unintuitive lighting

Really good Stay, Elegant Design and Great Location

The room had enough space and felt very quiet. I couldn't hear the road at all, even with the hotel's proximity to the main thoroughfare. The bathroom also offered generous space and included all necessary amenities. The location allowed easy access to many places to eat and very good cafes.
I noticed that the minibar was not refilled daily. This was a small inconvenience . I think having it restocked each day would improve the experience.

The design is elegant and impeccably clean. The staff is genuinely friendly and helpful. Breakfast was really good. Don't skip the Japanese menu because it's worth trying. Breakfast offers a variety of options including a Japanese menu.

The breakfast buffet had top-tier food. I loved how simple yet high-end it was.
The room lighting controls were an absolute disaster. i wanted to turn off the room lights, but nothing happened (it was quite annoying). the ergonomics of the system were terrible. It reminded me of i was fighting with a computer from the 90s.

The location was great, just a short distance from the train station. Staff were nice, and the rooms were clean. The room included a pillow menu.
The billing process seemed ridiculous. I paid for three nights. parking upon arrival. At checkout, I was told I had only been charged for three nights. It took 20 minutes to sort out the billing mess.
